Have you ever desired to modify or make changes to your Zenith Bank Know Your Customer (KYC) information without visiting your branch or any other Zenith bank branch?
I noticed I was not getting emails anytime I do transactions and so was forced to check my app for the email I used. When I checked I discovered I omitted a letter from my email address and then tried to make changes but all to no avail.
Though I knew about this all along but was never worried until yesterday when I had a failed online transaction that the merchant asked for the transfer receipt sent via my email. It was at this point I started troubleshooting on how to make the changes without visiting my branch or any Zenith Bank branch because I hate going to the banks especially with the COVID-19 protocols at the banking hall.
Modifying or making changes to your Zenith Bank account information requires you either visit the bank and do a physical update or ask for a hard token which can enable you make changes.
Thanks to technology, you can now make changes to your Zenith Bank KYC information just by sitting at home or while on the go.
So if you are like me and you want to make changes to your Zenith Bank account KYC without moving out of your house or office follow the steps below:
Step 1: Visit your Store if you use iPhone or Playstore if you use Android
Step 2: Search for Zenith Token App and install the app.
Step 3: Launch the app and register for eToken using your Zenith Mastercard and creating a 4 digit pin
Note: You will be required to provide the last 6 digits of your Mastercard.
Step 4: Check your phone sms for One Time Password (OTP) and use it to activate the registration.

Editing or Modifying Your KYC Information
Step 1: Launch your Zenith eToken App
Step 2: Tap the Generate OTP button to generate a soft token
Step 3: Launch your Zenith Bank Mobile App and tap on Profile to edit the information of choice
Step 4: Enter your PIN + OTP generated to complete the modification process.
Congratulations! You have successfully modified your Zenith Bank KYC information without going to your bank!!!
NOTE: The Zenith eToken works for your normal transfer transactions, so be sure to use the steps above to complete your online and mobile transactions.
